Huntsman Eldridge are Chartered Building Consultancy registered with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).We are also members of the National House Building Council (NHBC).We are a firm of Building Surveyors based in Chiswick, although we do cover most of North and West London. We have over twenty years experience in the construction industry at all levels.

Huntsman Eldridge act primarily as Project Managers on residential and commercial refurbishments and on new building projects. We have access to a network of specialist consultants, which allows us to provide a complete range of building and architectural services from the initial design to project completion. We also carry out both Condition and Measured Surveys on all types of properties and provide a full planning and design service. We can also provide advice and assistance on submitting both Planning Applications and Build Control regulations. We also deal with all aspects of the Party Wall etc Act and other revised legislation such a DDA, etc.
